To precisely cater to residents' daily travel needs and continuously enhance metro service quality, on May 21, BJMTR hosted the "Metro Neighbors Club — Warm Journey Companion · Worry-Free Travel" themed activity at Jintai Lu Station on Line 14. Resident representatives from Liulitun Sub-District, Hujialou Sub-District, Tuanjiehu Sub-District, and surrounding communities were invited to participate. Through formats such as service sharing, on-site inspections, and symposiums, passengers gained an understanding of metro service details, while collecting residents' suggestions and identifying travel needs, thereby continuously driving the optimization and upgrading of metro services.
A representative of BJMTR stated that the "Metro Neighbors Club" activity has further deepened the communication and linkage between the metro and the surrounding streets, communities, and residents. In the future, BJMTR will continue to rely on this platform, focusing on residents' actual travel needs, continuously optimizing service details, improving facility configuration, and enhancing service quality to provide passengers with safe, comfortable, and convenient travel services.
