On July 29, BJMTR brought its metro safety education summer activities to Taoranting Subdistrict, themed "Safe Escalator Rides, 'Child' in Heart," and unveiled the new original animated series "Jing Tie Zai Safety Mobilization" to promote metro safety knowledge through edutainment. Meanwhile, the company held a "Metro Neighbors Club" session, listening to residents' suggestions through exchanges and dialogue to continuously improve travel services.
Kevin Kiang, Deputy General Manager of BJMTR, noted that teenagers and children form a significant part of metro passengers, and their travel safety concerns every family. The activity was brought to Taoranting Subdistrict with the hope of raising safety awareness among young passengers in a way they enjoy, thereby fostering a safer and more harmonious metro travel environment together. In parallel, through the "Metro Neighbors Club," BJMTR aims to deepen communication with subdistricts, communities, and residents along the metro lines, continuously refining service details based on passenger needs to deliver a safer, more comfortable, and more convenient travel experience.
