To enhance the safety awareness of children, BJMTR and the Maquanying Police Station of the Beijing Municipal Public Transport Corps jointly organized the "Metro Safety Guard" career experience activity of the Safety Camp. On March 29, 30 student representatives from the primary school of Ritan High School visited the Beijing Univ. of Tech. West Gate station of Line 14 to learn metro safety knowledge and advocate green travel to passengers by experiencing the role of metro staff.
The responsible person from BJMTR expressed that students are an important group of subway passengers, we jointly carried out the theme activity of the Safety Camp with the Maquanying Police Station and the Primary School of Beijing Ritan High School, and strengthened the knowledge and understanding of young students about urban rail transit through visits and learning, job practice, scenario interpretation and other forms, so that they could broaden their horizons and harvest growth in learning and practice. In the future, we will continue to innovate the content of the “Safety Camp” program. We will expand the age range of the course audience, ensuring that metro safety education covers the entire process of youth growth. Together with passengers, we will create a harmonious and safe metro travel atmosphere, contributing to the promotion of green and safe travel.
