Take metro operated by BJMTR and explore the beauty of China's intangible cultural heritage

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the adoption of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO and the 7th year of the establishment of the Cultural and Natural Heritage Day of China. To promote traditional culture and enrich passengers' travel experience, BJMTR and the National Library jointly launched the 26th reading promotion activity of M· Library. With the theme of " Intangible Cultural Heritage: Exploring the Beauty of China", from June 28 to August 28, through themed posters on the light boxes in part of stations of BJMTR Line 4, Line 14 and Line 16, a themed exhibition area was set up at the National Library Station of Line 16, and flat posters were launched on the platform and concourse of Line 17 Ciqu station, presenting intangible cultural heritage to passengers, and combining different forms of online and offline interaction to further enhance the reading experience of passengers, so that passengers can feel the rich cultural atmosphere within the station.
