Five requirements for ten measures are taken to ensure the safety travel of passengers as the passenger flow picks up along with the resumption of work and production

Recently, the passenger flow of metro further picks up with the resumption of work and production. From March 2 to March 5, the daily patronage of Line 4, Daxing Line, Line 14 and Line 16 operated by BJMTR reaches 316,000, seeing a 24.7% jump compared to previous week from February 24 to February 27. The number is expected to pick up gradually in the coming week. According to Beijing municipal government’s deployment of the coronavirus prevention and control work, five requirements for ten measures are taken including strictly carrying out disinfection and ventilation, strengthening operation safety management,  improving contingency plans and intensifying emergency drills, strengthening order maintenance outside the station, and further enhancing of equipment and facilities support to ensure the safe and smooth travel of passengers along with the epidemic prevention and control.
